“Having been a petrol vehicle (ICE) driver all my life, the IONIQ Electric (BEV) is my first electric car.
I really enjoy driving my new electric car, especially with its safety and convenience package like Smart Cruise Control - at a traffic junction, the car is able to detect the distance of the car in front, and come to a stop automatically.
I drive extensively for at least 100km a day, and on a single full charge, averagely, I can drive 2 to 3 days without recharging.
For every 100km, I use only 12 kWh. I find the IONIQ Electric highly efficient and I try to improve my driving efficiency by putting the car on the recommended settings like Eco drive mode, setting the air con at 23°C and using regenerative braking technique (one pedal driving).
Personally, the long term cost savings of an electric vehicle, extensive features of the IONIQ Electric, as well as, shape and space of car matters the most to me.
