Safety Eyes on the road.

Venue offers a suite of advanced safety technologies evoking a strong sense of protection. For first time vehicle owners, Venue offers relaxation and protection with its standard safety features.

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems Hyundai SmartSense

Roads and other drivers can be unpredictable, and one of your biggest challenges is avoiding the dangers and obstacles you don’t see coming. That’s why we integrate Hyundai SmartSense™ – our cutting-edge Advanced Driver Assistance Systems – into our cars, to provide safety for you and peace of mind for those you love. Comprised of sensors, cameras, alerts and alarms, plus brilliant software that ties them all together, Hyundai SmartSense™ keeps a watchful eye out for you, your passengers and other road users.

Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA).

If there's danger of a collision with a car or a pedestrian, FCA's front camera gives you an early warning and if necessary, the brakes will be automatically applied to prevent the collision.

Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA).

Radar sensors in the rear bumper are used to warn the driver of approaching vehicles in the blind spot.

Rear Cross Traffic Collision-Avoidance Warning (RCCW).

Radar sensors in the rear bumper monitor cross traffic approaching from left and right side of the vehicle during reverse maneuvers, and if necessary apply warning.

Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go (SCC).

While traveling at a speed set by you, it uses radars to maintain a safe distance from the car ahead. Your Hyundai uses the front-mounted radar sensor to monitor vehicles ahead and automatically maintains a pre-set speed and safe distance to the vehicle in front, by regulating the throttle and applying the brakes when needed.

Lane Keeping Assist (LKA).

A steering assist function that detects lane markings to monitor the vehicle’s position in the lane. Should the vehicle stray from the intended lane without activating the indicators, an audible and visual warning will be sounded and where required, will provide steering intervention to keep the vehicle in the centre of the lane.

Driver Attention Warning (DAW).

This feature acts like a digital co-pilot, analyzing driving patterns using vehicle data such as steering angle, steering torque and vehicle position in the traffic lane as you drive. If the system detects driver fatigue or inattention, it presents an audible tone or visual alert on the instrument panel.

Advanced High-Strength Steel (AHSS)

The Venue gets a strong body structure with 69% advanced high strength steel along with high strength steel for dynamic and static stiffness and improved structural rigidity.
